We highly recommend storing the tins in a cool, dry place for best shelf life.

Our candies are coated with real fruit acids like citric and malic acid to give them their signature mouth-puckering sour punch. Over time, especially in warm or humid conditions, these acids can begin to interact with the hard candy surface. This can cause the outer layer to soften, become slightly sticky, or appear cloudy—even though the inside is still perfectly good.

To help preserve the texture and flavor:

• Store your tin in a cool, dry place.
• Keep the lid on when not in use
• Avoid leaving the candy exposed to heat or humidity, such as in a car, bathroom, or near a window.

This natural reaction is part of what makes our candies so bold and intense—no artificial coatings to block the sour!
