Refund policy

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the items. Should you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, kindly notify us immediately. We will promptly assess the situation and guide you through the next steps.

Damaged items will be replaced with a product of the same, similar, or equivalent value. In the event of lost packages during shipment, we will request that you reach out to the local post office, as once we ship the packages, we don't have control over the delivery process. The packages are shipped with insurance, so if the packages are lost in delivery, you should be able to get a refund through the post office 

Claims for lost packages made after 30 days from the shipping date will not be entertained. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses will not qualify for replacements.

Please note that our products are perishable and should be consumed within a month of purchase.
