Who makes these?
We’re a small, family-owned candy company in California. Every batch of Sour Drops is copper-kettle cooked in small batches, then shaped on a custom drop roller we had made to get the size just right.
We color our candy with plants like paprika, turmeric and spirulina instead of artificial dyes, and we’re always dreaming up flavors you won’t find in the big-brand aisle, from Lychee to two-flavor Fusions.

How will my order ship?
Orders of 7 or more tins ship in a sturdy box sealed with our custom tape. Smaller orders ship in a padded mailer, so your tins arrive safe either way.
How long does shipping take?
We pack every order within 1–2 business days, then shipping takes about 3–5 business days within the US. Orders of $50 or more ship free.
How do the box discounts work?
Add 8 or more single tins and you get 10% off them, plus free shipping. Add 12 or more and it’s 15% off. The discount applies automatically in your cart, no code needed. Pre-made packs and bundles are already discounted, so they don’t count toward it.
Can I mix Classic, Zero Sugar and Fusions?
Yes! Mix any flavors you like in one order. Every single tin counts toward free shipping.
Why are some tins smaller?
Classic Sours and Haunted Sours come in 3.5 oz (100g) tins. Zero Sugar Sours and Mango Raspberry Fusions come in 2.12 oz (60g) tins. The size is listed on every flavor card.
Is there anything I should know about Zero Sugar?
Our Zero Sugar Sours have no artificial sweeteners and no artificial dyes. Like most sugar-free candy, eating a lot at once may cause digestive discomfort, so enjoy in moderation.
Are they allergen-free?
Yes. Our candies contain no allergens and are made in an allergen-free facility.
Can I return my order?
Because our products are food, we’re unable to accept returns for food safety reasons.

I need to change my shipping address. What should I do?
Email us immediately at customer_care@sourdrops.net. We’ll do our best, but because orders are packed quickly, we can’t guarantee an address can be changed once an order is placed.
